Receipts arrive by email
Every home gets its own private WiseRaven email address. Forward a receipt the moment it lands — or hand the address to your contractor so they file invoices and photos for you. We scan it, read it and file it.
Improvements organize themselves
The scanner pulls out the vendor, date, amount and line items, then groups receipts into improvements — new roof, water heater, kitchen remodel — with a review step so you confirm before anything is saved.
Photos and documents alongside
Before-and-after photos, permits, warranties and invoices live next to the improvement they belong to, each stamped with who filed it and when.
Wildfire improvements flagged
Metal roofs, defensible space, ember-resistant vents — flag any receipt as a wildfire improvement and generate a home-hardening report that shows only that work.
Shared on your terms
Generate a Home History report as a PDF, or send a private share link to a realtor, appraiser or buyer. Links show you when they're opened, hide sensitive documents, and can be revoked at any time.

Clean the dryer vent, service the furnace — set the date, pick a repeating interval, and we email you before it's due. Nest keeps 10 active at a time, Flight 25 and Soar 75.
Everything exports, on every plan
One button downloads the whole record as a ZIP: the report, spreadsheets, and every original receipt, photo and document. Your data is yours, including on Nest.
No passwords, no lock-in
Sign in with a one-time code sent to your email; your device stays trusted for 90 days. And when the home sells, the record transfers to the new owner with a privacy review first.
