Questions people ask
What happens after the gifted year?
You'll get a reminder before it ends. Renew Nest for $25, move up to Flight or Soar, or let it lapse — your data stays available to export for 90 days.
Why is there a monthly scan limit?
It's pacing, not a wall. Nest scans up to 40 receipts a month, Flight 150 and Soar 600. Forward more than that and the extras simply queue to the next cycle — nothing is lost or rejected.
What counts against my storage?
Only the files you keep: receipt images and PDFs, photos and documents. The home record itself, the timeline and the Home History reports you generate don't count.
What happens if I hit my storage limit?
Nothing disappears. New uploads pause until you remove files or move up a plan; Nest holds 2 GB, Flight 10 GB and Soar 50 GB per home.
How many Home History reports can I generate?
Nest generates one a month, up to 12 a year. Flight and Soar are unlimited, and their reports add photo pages, permits and a full receipt appendix.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move between Nest, Flight and Soar at any time; your storage, receipt and report limits change with the plan.
I own more than one property.
Each property is its own subscription with its own storage allowance, all managed under one login.
Can my realtor see my records?
No. Realtors can issue gift codes and appear on your reports, but they can't see inside your WiseRaven unless you send them a share link.
