Fire-hardening work counts twice: once toward the value of your home, and once toward proving the house is defensible. Flip the Wildfire toggle on any receipt — we suggest it when the receipt mentions a Class A roof, ember-resistant vents, fire-rated siding, non-combustible decking or defensible-space clearing, and show you which words triggered it — then print a Wildfire Mitigation Record on its own for your insurer, your agent, or a California disclosure.
