A friend counts once their paid plan starts — a plan they buy or a gift code they redeem to open their record. Progress is cumulative and never expires: every 5 friends adds another 12 months. A plan can hold up to 5 years of free time at once — we want everyone to have a chance to share in the program, so rewards pause at that ceiling and start again once your balance drops below 5 years. If their payment is refunded or charged back the referral is reversed, and a free year granted on it is pulled back.

One referral per new professional account, with no yearly limit, and the same reward for real estate professionals and trade professionals. A referral pays out when all of these are true: the new professional is verified, their first pack's payment completes successfully, and there is no refund or chargeback. The reward scales with that first pack — 1 code for a 5-pack, 2 for a 10-pack, 4 for a 25-pack, 10 for a 50-pack. Earned codes are good for 18 months from the day they land. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, the reward is reversed.
