How it works

1. 1. Redeem your code. Go to wiseravenhome.com/redeem and enter the WR- code your agent gave you. No password to remember — we email you a sign-in code.
2. 2. Confirm your address. Add the basics about the home: square footage, year built, beds and baths.
3. 3. Email or snap receipts. You get a private receipt email address. Forward an invoice, or photograph it from your phone, and we read the vendor, date, amount and line items for you.
4. 4. Download the report anytime. A clean PDF of improvements, receipts, before/after photos, permits and warranties.
