Real Estate Professionals

Up to 10 free Nest codes per referral

  1. 1Share your personal referral link from My Console.
  2. 2Your colleague applies and gets verified — a Real Estate Professional or a Trade Professional, either counts the same.
  3. 3They buy their first pack — any size pays, and bigger packs pay more.
  4. 4The reward scales with that pack (50-pack: 10 codes, 25-pack: 4 codes, 10-pack: 2 codes, 5-pack: 1 codes), and they get 1 welcome code on top.

How it is redeemed: Earned codes sit beside your purchased codes in My Console. Send one to a client the same way — by email, text, or printed card.

Trade Professionals

Up to 10 free Nest codes per referral

  2. 2They apply, get verified, and buy their first pack — any size pays, and bigger packs pay more.
  3. 3Same reward across the aisle — referring a Real Estate Professional pays exactly the same as referring another trade.
  4. 4Milestone bonuses stack on top as your referral count grows.

How it is redeemed: Hand an earned code to a homeowner whose job you just finished — they open their record and you show up as the pro who filed the first receipt.

Homeowners

12 free months of your own plan

  1. 1Refer a professional: when they are verified and buy their first qualifying pack, your plan is extended by 12 months.
  2. 2Refer friends: every 5 friends who start a paid home record adds another 12 months.
  3. 3Each friend gets 1 free month added to their own first year for joining through your link.
  4. 4Progress is cumulative and never resets — the counter on your console shows how close you are to the next free year.

How it is redeemed: Nothing to redeem. Free months are applied straight to your renewal date, so your next bill simply moves out.

Milestone bonuses

Professionals earn extra codes as their qualified referrals add up. Bonuses are granted automatically the moment the milestone referral qualifies — there is nothing to claim — and the badge shows on your profile.

Bonus codes are added to your balance alongside your earned codes and are handed out the same way.

The fine print

  • A referral pays out when all of these are true: the new professional is verified, their first pack's payment completes successfully, and there is no refund or chargeback. The reward scales with that first pack — 1 code for a 5-pack, 2 for a 10-pack, 4 for a 25-pack, 10 for a 50-pack. Earned codes are good for 18 months from the day they land.
  • A friend counts once their paid plan starts — a plan they buy or a gift code they redeem to open their record. Progress is cumulative and never expires: every 5 friends adds another 12 months. A plan can hold up to 5 years of free time at once — we want everyone to have a chance to share in the program, so rewards pause at that ceiling and start again once your balance drops below 5 years. If their payment is refunded or charged back the referral is reversed, and a free year granted on it is pulled back.
  • Earned codes are good for 18 months from the day they land. Codes you purchase never expire on the shelf.
  • Up to 40 qualified referrals pay out automatically each calendar year. Past that we review the account before continuing — high-volume partners are welcome, we just want to look first.
